When your payment is completed, the Voucher will be sent to your e-mail. You may print or show on mobile (if applicable). It includes the instruction of redeeming Voucher.
After the payment completed, when will I get the voucher?
This depends on the activity you've booked. Normally the voucher will take 10mins - 24hrs to process. If your booking need take more than 24hrs, we will inform you in advanced.
How to check the availability ?
You may always can check the tours availability thru whatsapp or inbox the seller to avoid refund on fully booked.
Can I PM the seller and direct make payment to the seller?
We suggest you make payment thru Travelooks platform as we able to secure your money from being scammed or any unwanted situation.
What if I make payment with the seller without go thru Travelooks platform?
If there is any problems happened, Travelooks will not responsible on it.
